Shipping policy

At Country Chic Sage Boutique, we work hard to ensure your order is packed with care and delivered to you as quickly as possible.  Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Schedule

All orders are processed and shipped on the following days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday's.

Orders placed after 12 pm CST on a shipping day will be processed on the next scheduled shipping day.

Processing Time

Standard processing time is 1-2 business days, depending on the order volume and product availability.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next shipping day (Mon, Wed, Fri).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on the chosen shipping method and your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Issues & Delivery Problems

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.  Country Chic Sage Boutique is not responsible for:

1. Delays caused by carriers
2. Lost, stolen or damaged packages
3. Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If an issue arises, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee carrier-related resolutions.
